A Bowl of Tea, a Journey Within

Tea Ceremony Experience & Workshop with Soyu Mukai

Discover the quiet beauty of the Japanese tea ceremony — embrace the calm of early summer through matcha.

There is a quiet stillness in every bowl of matcha.
A gentle moment that feels like a journey of the heart.

This early summer, Haraiso is honored to present a rare tea ceremony workshop with Urasenke Tea Master Soyu Mukai, as part of our cultural event series at the "AKA" Toyota City Showroom in Zürich.

With the theme “Travel and Tea”, participants will observe a formal tea preparation, then experience making a bowl of matcha themselves, reflecting on how tea can be enjoyed not only in traditional settings, but also outdoors, on a terrace or in the breeze of the season.

Rooted in the spirit of chadō (the Way of Tea), this workshop invites you on an inner journey that transcends time and place, gently centering the heart through quiet, mindful movements.
