For one month, a still moment of ma (間) will unfold by the lake.
At the heart of this space is AKA (赤)—red as warmth, quiet strength, and unseen resonance.

Behind this gathering stands Toyota Switzerland—not as a brand presence, but as a cultural host. AKA is their initiative, inspired by the values they carry from Japan: Kaizen (continuous improvement), Monozukuri (dedicated craftsmanship), and Omotenashi (sincere hospitality).
Through this lens, Toyota becomes not only a company, but a connector—between tradition and innovation, Japan and Switzerland, stillness and movement.

Haraiso will offer a series of intimate workshops that bring Japanese wisdom and craftsmanship to life: miso and soy sauce making, kintsugi, tea, sashiko, and more.

Among the featured workshops are the long-awaited Tea Ceremony Experience, offering a memorable encounter with the spirit of Japanese tea,
and the Kintsugi Workshop, celebrating the beauty of thoughtful repair.

Registration is now open for all June sessions

Spaces are limited, and early booking is warmly recommended.

Opening Event: evening on Thursday, 5.June, with music and seasonal Japanese cuisine by Ooki.
