Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@haraiso.ch.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Haraiso GmbH, Seefeldstrasse 139, 8008 Zürich

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or the date and amount).

 

Refunds (if applicable)
We do NOT refund cash or card payments but change your product for a voucher.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at info@haraiso.ch.

Before you send back a product, please inform us via e-mail with your order number and name. once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. your refund will be processed, and we will send you a voucher for our store (in store). if you do not send us an email before returning your product, we cannot guarantee that we can process it properly.

Exchanges
of course we replace defective or damaged items :) if you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, send us an email at info@haraiso.ch and send your item to: Haraiso GmbH, RETURNS, Seefeldstrasse 139, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Haraiso GmbH, RETURNS, Seefeldstrasse 139, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland or stop by in store.

IMPORTANT: please send us an e-mail before returning your product. please include the delivery note in your return and mark what items you are returning.

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

you can also stop by in store to return or exchange your product, however, you can only return items at Haraiso (Seefeldstrasse 139, 8008 Zurich).

depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. please be patient with us :)
