Japanese Knife Sharpening Workshop
From time to time, the best knives need a little attention. Even Japanese knives. If a knife no longer cuts a tomato by its own weight, it should be sharpened. It is a real pleasure when the blades of Japanese kitchen knives have been brought back to their original sharpness.
Kentaro Onishi showed us the craftsmanship of traditional sharpening in simple and practical steps, so you can bring the blade of your own knife to the old sharpness and maintain the sharpness for a longer period.

- Up to 7 days before (by 16 November 2025): Full refund
- 6 to 3 days before (17-19 November 2025): 50% refund or rescheduling (if possible)
- 2 days before or on the day (20–22 November 2025): No refund
