Workshop Overview

In this hands-on session, you will learn about the different types of soy sauce and how to make your own using traditional fermentation techniques.
After making your own soy sauce, you will taste a variety of samples — including the instructor’s unique homemade soy sauces and other fermentation spices.
The tasting will be accompanied by handmade onigiri (Japanese rice balls), a perfect match for exploring umami flavours.

No prior experience is required.

 

 

Workshop Cancellation Policy: 

Due to limited seating and high demand, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 7 days before your booked workshop. Cancellations can be made via email to info@haraiso.ch. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date.

In the unlikely event that Haraiso must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide guidance on the refund process at that time.
