In every bowl of matcha, there is a quiet stillness - a gentle journey of the heart.
With Urasenke Tea Master Soyu Mukai, participants are invited to experience the world of tea: observing a formal preparation and then preparing a bowl of matcha themselves, finding calm through mindful movements.
Rooted in the spirit of chadō (the Way of Tea), this workshop invites you on an inner journey that transcends time and place, gently centering the heart through quiet, mindful movements.
