Zodiac Animals – Shinkougei, Takayama

Shinkougei dolls are produced in the lovely, folkloristic, country side town of Takayama.
All dolls are made by mothproofing rice hulls and dyed by hand. They have a rather nostalgic flavor.

Absolutely kids friendly to play from 3 month on.
